Endeavor’s mission is to empower individuals with a broad range of special needs by providing the highest quality equine-assisted services in an inclusive and welcoming environment. The AKDF will support the Residential Youth Program which serves 122 students from these programs. Each facility bring students to Endeavor two times per week for ninety minutes.
Lincoln Hall Boys Haven
Provides residential treatments and special education to boys in grades 7-12. The children are victims of trauma, trafficking, sexual abuse and gang violence.
Andrus
Serves children aged 5-16. Andrus residents have significant trauma histories that require emotional, psychiatric and/or behavioral care.
Edenwald
Serves boys and girls aged 6-16 suffering from behavioral cognitive difficulties. Endenwald’s children are among New York’s neediest and most vulnerable.
Fox Lane Middle School SAIL
Fox Lane has a middle school special education program called SAIL. The AKDF is supporting field trips for this special group of students.
